Returning/Exchanging an item
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in the condition supplied, with the tags attached and your order summary or receipt, within 14 working days of parcel delivery. Please return to the shipping location, a store location or our web store via Canada Post or courier of your choice, obtain a tracking number and we will exchange or refund the item. Please be aware, returned packages remain your responsibility until they reach us so always retain proof of postage. Tall Girl will not be responsible for any returned parcels which are lost.
